Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Infinex Zynspire, we are dedicated to providing students with valuable and high-quality internship experiences. However, we understand that situations may arise that require users to cancel their enrollment. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be considered.

Users may cancel their internship registration within 7 Days of completing their payment, provided they have not accessed any part of the course content or materials. If you wish to cancel, you must send an email to [Insert Support Email] with your full name, registered email address, transaction ID, and the reason for cancellation. Our support team will review your request and respond accordingly.

Refunds will be approved only if the cancellation request meets all of the criteria mentioned above. Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please note that any refund processing charges levied by the payment gateway may be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refunds will not be issued if the user has accessed any course material, downloaded files, attended online sessions, or if the digital certificate has already been issued. We also do not offer refunds after 24 hours of purchase, irrespective of whether the internship has been started or not.
